COACHING TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE / EFFECTIVENESS / DEVELOPMENT
Aimed at assisting "adequately performing" and "high potential" managers who need to become better team "leaders." Of benefit to those managers who need accelerated enhancement of specific competencies / skills, style or "people" issues. Also used as an approach to assisting senior managers to deal with direct reports whose inadequate work performance and/or inappropriate behaviour have not responded to traditional methods.  An alternative and preventive approach to career blockage or termination of employment in which a third party professional is involved in an intervention which assists both the non- performing, dysfunctional, or "in trouble" employee and the senior manager / "boss", to arrive at a timely resolution to a critical performance problem.
