Paul Reisman is the President of PEOPLE  SOLUTIONS  INC. He acquired extensive experience (over 25 years) in Human Resources Management, Consulting & Coaching in management positions with some of the world's leading firms in these fields including: Nortel; Touche Ross (Principal); The Cooper Group (Vice-President); Drake, Beam, Morin (Vice-President). Paul has worked at the strategic level for over 15 years and has applied his consulting abilities in both the public and private sectors. In addition, he has been a professional counsellor and coach for over 25 years, assisting clients with a variety of life and career management issues.

Involvement in professional associations and community: member of the International Society for Performance Improvement; member of the International Association of Coaches; member of CoachLab International; member of the Society of Professional Coaches; past member of the Board of AIESEC (the International Association of Commerce and Economics Students); past member of the Board of Administrators of Junior Achievement (Jeunes Enterprises) Quebec; Account Executive for Centraide Montreal (United Way) ; fund-raiser for the West Island YMCA; past Vice-President and member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Retirement Planners and the Quebec Association of Human Resources Professionals; founder and former President of the Quebec Association of Retirement Planners; listed in the International Who's Who of Professionals; soccer coach (U7 level); fund-raiser / volunteer - West Island Community Shares; member of the Governing Board - Greendale School; member of the Board of Directors, Dyslexiability Inc; member of the Board of Directors, Concordia University Alumni Association (SGWU).

Mr. Reisman has written for reference texts on Management, published articles in Human Resources journals and newspapers, has designed and conducted many seminars and work-shops for numerous organizations across Canada, is a frequent speaker at corporate and association functions / events, has been interviewed often for radio broadcasts, newspaper and magazine articles;  is a guest lecturer (graduate level) in Organizational Stress and Leadership at McGill University and Concordia University, and was a course leader at the McGill Management Institute. Paul has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Concordia University.
